Milewire provides standardized visual evidence capture, condition and defect classification, and portfolio-ready reporting for U.S. infrastructure owners. Our services include:

• Capture Standards & Evidence Programs
• Condition Intelligence Reports
• Portfolio Condition Intelligence

3. Service Boundaries

Milewire provides inspection evidence structuring and documentation quality review based on observable evidence. Milewire does not provide:

• Engineering services
• Construction management
• Code compliance certification
• Claims adjudication

Any repair decisions, compliance determinations, or safety actions should be made by appropriately licensed professionals.

4. Use of Services

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not use our services to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with our services

5. Intellectual Property

All content, reports, methodologies, and materials provided by Milewire are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Milewire's services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Milewire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Disclaimer

Milewire provides inspection evidence structuring, documentation quality review, and deliverable readiness support. Milewire does not provide engineering evaluations, asset monitoring, predictive maintenance, operational analytics, maintenance services, construction management, code compliance certification, or claims adjudication. Final engineering, safety, and compliance decisions remain with licensed professionals and asset owners.
